Who are we?
Pack Door is a manufacturer of automatic doors and roller shutter systems with more than 24 years of experience. We have installed over 15,000 systems in retail stores, factories, logistics centres, hospitals, hotels and residential projects; manufacturing takes place at our facility in Tuzla, Istanbul, while installation and service are carried out by our own teams.
When a building needs several systems such as roller shutters, fire doors, dock levellers and barriers, we manage them under a single project and a single contract instead of separate suppliers. Site survey, lead time, installation and service are all handled by one point of contact.

01Manufacturing
Shutter slats, sectional panels, frames and steel structures are made to measure at our facility in Tuzla. Lead times and quality control do not depend on third parties.
02Installation
We do not use subcontractors. Our own installation crews complete fitting, commissioning and user training in a single visit.
03Service
Scheduled maintenance contracts, spare parts stock and a 24/7 breakdown line. We also service systems supplied by other brands.

We work to EN 13241 and EN 12453 for industrial and garage doors, EN 1634-1 and EN 13501-2 for fire doors, and EN 16005 for automatic pedestrian doors. Every handover includes a test report and user documentation.

How do we work?
The process has four steps: free site survey, design and quotation, manufacturing and installation, and service. We send a price quote within 1 hour on average after your survey request. The approved system is made to measure at our facility in Tuzla, Istanbul, installed and commissioned by our own crews, and supported by scheduled maintenance and a 24/7 breakdown line.

Site survey
Measurements are taken on site; usage intensity, electrical infrastructure and floor conditions are recorded.
Step 2
Design and quotation
Series, motor and accessories are selected; the quote is itemised and includes installation.
Step 3
Manufacturing and installation
Made to measure at our Tuzla facility and installed by our own installation crews.
Step 4
Service
Commissioning and user training, followed by scheduled maintenance and a 24/7 breakdown line.
