Pack Door manufactures all 14 of its products, covering roller shutters, window shutters, industrial doors, dock levellers, fire doors, automatic doors and barrier systems, at its facility in Tuzla, Istanbul, installs them with its own crews and provides after-sales service. The products are organised into 5 groups; each is made to measure, planned after a free site survey and backed by 24/7 service.
Rolling Systems
Rolling systems are galvanised steel roller shutters, aluminium roller shutters and aluminium window shutters that open by coiling into a box above the opening. They provide security and thermal and acoustic insulation for shop, warehouse, industrial and residential façades. Pack Door manufactures them to measure at its Tuzla, Istanbul facility, installs them with motorised automation and provides 24/7 service.

Industrial Systems

Fire-Rated Systems
Fire-rated systems are steel shutters and fire doors that close automatically in a fire to delay the spread of flames, smoke and hot gases for a defined period. They are produced in EI60–EI240 classes with EN 1634-1 test reports. Pack Door provides regulation-compliant design, fire alarm integration, installation and periodic maintenance.

How we work
The process has four steps: free site survey, design and quotation, manufacturing and installation, and service. We send a price quote within 1 hour on average after your survey request. The approved system is made to measure at our facility in Tuzla, Istanbul, installed and commissioned by our own crews, and supported by scheduled maintenance and a 24/7 breakdown line.

Site survey
Measurements are taken on site; usage intensity, electrical infrastructure and floor conditions are recorded.
Step 2
Design and quotation
Series, motor and accessories are selected; the quote is itemised and includes installation.
Step 3
Manufacturing and installation
Made to measure at our Tuzla facility and installed by our own installation crews.
Step 4
Service
Commissioning and user training, followed by scheduled maintenance and a 24/7 breakdown line.
