How does the process work, from survey to installation?

The process has four steps: free site survey, design and quotation, manufacturing and installation, and service. We send a price quote within 1 hour on average after your survey request. The approved system is made to measure at our facility in Tuzla, Istanbul, installed and commissioned by our own crews, and supported by scheduled maintenance and a 24/7 breakdown line.

  1. Site survey

    Measurements are taken on site; usage intensity, electrical infrastructure and floor conditions are recorded.

  2. Design and quotation

    Series, motor and accessories are selected; the quote is itemised and includes installation.

  3. Manufacturing and installation

    Made to measure at our Tuzla facility and installed by our own installation crews.

  4. Service

    Commissioning and user training, followed by scheduled maintenance and a 24/7 breakdown line.

What should I include in my survey request?

The following details are enough for us to prepare an accurate quote quickly. No measurements? No problem; our team will take them during the survey.

  • Product type: roller shutter, aluminium shutter, sectional door, dock leveller, fire door, automatic sliding door, barrier or garden gate
  • Approximate width and height (if known) and quantity
  • Location of use: shop, warehouse, factory, home, residential complex entrance, hospital, etc.
  • Daily usage intensity and motorised or manual preference
  • A photo of the existing system, if any; you can send it via WhatsApp
  • Installation address (district is enough) and a convenient time for the survey

Our headquarters and production facility are in Tuzla, Istanbul. We provide site surveys, installation and service in all 39 districts of Istanbul. Kocaeli, Sakarya, Tekirdağ and Bursa are part of our regular service area; for industrial and corporate projects in Ankara, Izmir and other provinces, we carry out project-based surveys and dispatch installation crews.

Is the site survey free, and how soon can you come?

Site surveys are free in Istanbul and the surrounding provinces. After your request, our sales team will call you to schedule a suitable day and time; the written quote is sent by email or WhatsApp within 1 hour on average after the survey.

Can I get a price without measurements?

We can give a preliminary price range based on photos and approximate dimensions. The final quote is prepared after the measurements, usage intensity, motor type and electrical supply have been checked during the survey.

Which number should I call for a breakdown?

For roller shutter, industrial door, automatic door and barrier breakdowns, you can call +90 530 262 45 05 24/7. We also service systems supplied by other brands.
